The Shortcuts gadget displays up to six shortcuts on the Homepage Workspace. The gadget uses the same configuration process as the Sidebar gadget but allows a separate set of shortcuts from those displayed in the Sidebar.
Note: Learners must have the appropriate permissions to view the shortcuts.
Set Up the Shortcuts Gadget
Navigation: UKG Learning > Academy Workspace > Academy Admin > Configuration > General > Homepage Editor
- Select the Homepage Workspace configuration you want to update. You can select one of the default configurations or a custom configuration.
- Select Choose Gadget, then select Shortcuts.
- Select Add.
- Select Save. The Shortcuts gadget is added to the selected Homepage Workspace configuration and appears in learners' Homepage Workspace.
Note: The Shortcuts gadget is available on the web application only.
