The My Groups gadget helps learners access and stay connected with the groups they have joined.
Set Up the My Groups Gadget
Navigation: UKG Learning > Academy Workspace > Academy Admin > Configuration > General > Homepage Editor
- Select the Homepage Workspace configuration you want to update. You can select one of the default configurations or a custom configuration.
- Select Choose Gadget, then select My Groups.
- Select Add.
- Select Save. The My Groups gadget is added to the selected Homepage Workspace configuration and appears in learners' Homepage Workspace.
Note: The My Groups gadget is available on the web application only.
My Groups gadget functionality
The gadget displays groups that the logged-in user is a member of.
The gadget displays up to nine groups in a carousel, with three groups displayed per page. Groups are sorted by creation date, from newest to oldest.
Group cards
Each group card displays:
- Group title
- Number of members
- Number of discussion threads
Selecting a group card opens the group's Feed page.
Selecting View All opens the Groups page in the Social Workspace with the Groups you joined filter already applied.
