To earn credits from training completed outside of the UKG Pro Learning solution, you can upload an external certificate.
Important:
An Academy Administrator must configure Credit Types before learners can upload external certificates. See the Assign Credits to a Course help topic for more information.
Navigation: UKG Learning > Learner Workspace > ePortfolio > Certificates
- Select the + button. A pop-up window opens.
- Enter a Certificate Title.
- Use the Credit Type dropdown to select the type of credits to receive for this certificate.
- Enter a Number of credits for this training.
- Add the Date your certificate was earned.
- Select the Upload button to upload your certificate.
- Select Save.
Once you complete the process, this request is listed as pending in your portfolio, as it needs to be reviewed and approved by your academy admin. In the meantime, you can view and download the certificate in needed.
Once your request has been approved, you can see the number of credits that you received as well as download the certificate in your portfolio.
Note:
Once the credits are approved, the request cannot be modified. Additionally, admins and managers do not have the ability to directly add external credits and certificates to users' profiles.
