You, as an Admin or a user with the relevant permission, can set each course to be available a specific number of days after the learning path enrollment date or after the previous course completion date.
Navigation: UKG Learning > Academy Workspace > Training Admin > Manage Training > Learning Paths > select learning path > Learning Path Content > Courses
The list of all courses within your learning path is displayed. From here, you can configure a specific number of days after which each course becomes available. This time-frame can be based on either:
The user’s enrollment date in the learning path, or
The completion date of the preceding course
For example, if you set this to one day, the course will unlock exactly 24 hours after the enrollment date or the completion of the previous course, depending on your selected option.
Note: The Previous Course Completion Date option is not applicable to the first course in the curriculum, as there is no preceding course to reference.
To enable the learning path Scheduler, select Yes on the Scheduler setting and fill in the number of days in the relevant field (per step).
Once you enable the learning path scheduler, an extra checkbox is available: "Show only next available step". If checked, only the next available (locked) course is visible to the user.
Note: Visibility and other configuration options for every course/step have to be set up through the respective type page.
