Access My Assigned Training

All the training you are currently enrolled in or are assigned to is available on the My Training page. My Training includes all of the courses, learning paths, microlearning, instructor-led events, and On-the-Job trainings you have either been assigned or to which you've enrolled.

Navigation: UKG LearningLearner Workspace > TrainingMy Training

This page has three tabs:

  • Overview: This is an overview of all your currently assigned training.
  • In Progress: This shows all the training you are enrolled in.
  • Completed: This shows all the training you have completed.

Overview

The overview tab gives you an overview of your current training.

My Annotations shows you how many annotations you made on different kinds of training. For example, in the below screenshot all annotations have been made on courses, with a total of five notes (notes and highlights) and one clip. You can click on it to view all your annotations. See Use Annotations in Courses and Learning Paths to learn more on how to use them.

The Training in progress stream shows all training you are currently working on. You can scroll left to right to see more. It also shows whether you enrolled yourself or got the training assigned, which kind of training it is, your current progress, the rating of the training, and the expected time to complete.

The Self enrolled stream only shows training you enrolled in voluntarily. It will not show any training that has been assigned to you by someone else.

Hovering over a training gives you the option to select Quick View, which provides additional details and allows you to navigate to the associated training or learning path. This also helps you confirm whether a course is part of a learning path.

Standalone or Learning Path

If you try to open a course is that part of a Learning Path you are enrolled in, you will get a notification asking you whether you want to take the course as a standalone course, or as part of the Learning Path. Both count towards completion of the Learning Path.

Courses are shared across multiple Learning Paths. When a user completes a course as a standalone, the system automatically recognizes that the course is also part of any enrolled Learning Path and updates progress accordingly. This ensures consistency and eliminates unnecessary repetition.

If you decide to take it as a standalone course, you get the course experience of just the course itself. If you take it through the Learning Path, all the steps in the Learning Path will show, allowing you to easily move to the next steps when finishing the course.
