The My Training and Catalog pages are similar, but fill different roles and offer learners different things. They are both available under Training in the Learner workspace.
My Training
Navigation: UKG Learning > Learner Workspace > Training > My Training
My Training is the collection of training you are currently enrolled in. Here you can find your current progress, as well as completions, of all your courses, learning paths, events, microlearning, and On-the-Job trainings.

Note: Filters selected on the My Training page are preserved when you leave the page and return later.
Catalog
The Catalog displays all available training options that you are not currently enrolled in, including courses, learning paths and events. Training that has already been assigned to you does not appear in this section.

The different tabs give you a quick overview of the different kinds of training available.
On the About page for a course or learning path, learners can view the training structure and sequence, but they cannot open individual steps from that page. To access the training, select Enroll, Start, or Resume. After entering the course or learning path, learners can use the navigation panel to access any unlocked step.
Note: Filters selected on the Catalog page are reset when you leave the page. When you return to the Catalog, the default filter settings are applied.
