Tracking progress and completions is a critical part of managing learning and development within your team. The My Team Dashboard provides a centralized view of key performance and engagement metrics, making it easy to monitor your team's learning activity in one place.
My Team Dashboard helps you identify who is on track, who may need support, and where to focus your attention.
Navigation: UKG Learning > Team Workspace > My Team Dashboard
UKG Learning offers two My Team Dashboard experiences: the Classic Experience and the New Experience. This article describes the My Team Dashboard in the New Experience. To learn about the Classic Experience, see Track Progress with My Team Dashboard in the Classic Experience.
My Team Dashboard includes several sections that highlight different aspects of your team's learning activity, such as progress, completions, and other key insights.
The sections you see may vary depending on your academy's configuration, so your dashboard might look slightly different from what is shown here.
Learners
The Learners Dashboard gives you a clear view of each learner's progress and helps you confirm whether they've completed all required course steps, such as finishing lectures and passing assessments.
From this dashboard, you can access a list of all learners you have permission to view. You can search for specific learners and:
- Open their profile for more details.
- View a high-level snapshot of their overall progress.
This allows you to easily focus on specific areas of learning, such as coursework, onboarding, compliance, and more.
For more information, see Track Progress with the Employees Dashboard.
Compliance
Stay up to date with your learners' compliance by tracking progress by individual or training program.
This dashboard helps you quickly understand where your team stands and identify any gaps that may need your attention.
For more information, see Manage Academy Compliance Courses.
