Job Aids: We've developed some Job Aid Templates you can use for your end-user communication and training. These can be adapted for learners, managers, or admins.
Office Hours: Bi-weekly Office Hours on the New Experience. Highly recommended. Attend bi-weekly Office Hours sessions to ask questions, provide feedback, experience demos, and learn what's coming in the new experience. Project rollout timelines are discussed. The Office Hours thread in Community allows you to register for these Zoom calls. The calls have occurred bi-weekly since June 2025. This UKG Community thread provides:
