Adjusting to a new interface takes time and planning. To make the transition easier, we’ve gathered resources to help you get comfortable with the new experience and plan your learner launch.

In-app Gudes: Select the Help bubble in the bottom right of any page in your Academy and select Show Me How

Job Aids: We've developed some Job Aid Templates you can use for your end-user communication and training. These can be adapted for learners, managers, or admins.

Office Hours: Bi-weekly Office Hours on the New ExperienceHighly recommended.  Attend bi-weekly Office Hours sessions to ask questions, provide feedback, experience demos, and learn what's coming in the new experience. Project rollout timelines are discussed. The Office Hours thread in Community allows you to register for these Zoom calls. The calls have occurred bi-weekly since June 2025. This UKG Community thread provides:

  • A link to Zoom registration
  • Recordings of previous sessions, starting on June 7th

Training

UKG Pro Learning Release Notes: Go to the Release Notes for All UKG Solutions page and select your desired month. Look for the Learning section in the sidebar and select it to go directly to the Learning release notes. Please remember that there is not always a Learning release every month.
